Customer Service Representative-Bilingual Spanish

Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish - Circle Pines, MN

Handle all customer requests: including answering initial questions, order follow-through, and the expeditious handling of quality / technical issues that arise from customers using NTIC’s products. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Mexico Sales Managers and servicing Mexico accounts where Spanish is the primary language.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Receive and check pricing on all orders, as well as payment terms and methods
  • Enter customer sales orders into SOP system
  • Monitor Inventory when entering customer’s orders
  • Create credit memos
  • Assist customers with complaints or defective issues
  • Ensure customer information is updated and entered into CRM and SOP systems
  • Process requests for quotations
  • Coordinate with Marketing for promotions or launching of new products
  • Process sample requests
  • Update monthly sales chart
  • Assist in preparing documentation for freight forwarder
  • Prepare request of promotional literature and material
  • Assist with sourcing materials
  • Responsible for creating; orders, purchase orders and payment assistance with our Mexican Subsidiary in Spanish
  • Other duties assigned by Manager

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have 3-5 years’ experience in customer service
  • Must have B.S., B.A., or A.A. in business or a related field.
  • Must have demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are necessary
  • Candidate must possess excellent oral and written language skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word is a must
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange rate and metric units preferred
